TelemarkHelten is a resilient triple consisting of Helterittet, Helteløpet and Helterennet.
Helterennet
HelteRennetis a cross country course.
The course has start and finishing line in Rauland, 750 metres above sea level. It is 42 km in fantastic skiterrain.
This is one of the most exciting tracks in Norway, and throughout the course you will enter beautiful forestterrain, as well as open mountainterrain.
Helterittet
This is a cross country bicycle race, with start and finishing line in Rjukan.
The courses are a wonderful and challenging mixture of asphalt, gravel and mountain terrain.
Helteløpet
HelteLøpet is a running race. The start and finishing line varies from Rauland to Rjukan, that changes every second year.
