The saboteur's trail 

Start the day with a tour in The Saboteur's trail.

Footprint Guiding doesn`t take any shortcuts, it is not an easy trail but it is the REAL trail

Park your car at the Norwegian Industrial Workers Museum at Vemork, here you will meet your guide. You walk up to the main road and take a bus at 12.35 to Rjukan Fjellstue. Bus ticket is included in the package.

The trail enables one to experience what the Norwegian resistance fighters had to endure the last night before they destroyed the equipment used in the final process necessary in producing “Heavy water” which was one of the ingredients necessary in the production of the Atom bomb.

The views along the valley are amazing, not matter what the weather is. 

The trip is 8 km. It is a family-friendly tour suitable for children that are used to the outdoor.

Norwegian Industrial Workers Museum

At the Norwegian Industrial Workers Museum you will, among others, see the exhibitions "Heroes of Telemark", " The saboteurs" and watch the documentary "If Hitler had the bomb". 

Accommodation

2 nights in one of Gaustatoppen Booking's apartments. The apartments are well equipped and with very good standard.
